I would start with once the buyer completes their inspections, they may request some items of concern be repaired. Kind of trying to stay away from the word negotiations. We really do not negotiate, rather we facilitate.

I work as a transaction broker, which means my goal is to ensure the buyer and seller both have what is needed to complete a fair and timely close. That sometimes takes a lot of work, and I'm there every step of the way.
